What makes us a remote-friendly organization?

  • Processes

    We’ve been a remote-first tech team from the start as our tech cofounders, Quentin and Thierry, live in different French regions. All of our processes were designed having this in mind.

  • Wellness

    We want you to work comfortably. We offer a comprehensive package covering for all your work expenses: coworking space membership and any equipment you might need.

  • Events

    You'll be part of the team, wherever you work from: you’ll be invited to our monthly remote events, quarterly tech meetings in Paris, and yearly offsite with the whole company.

  • Language

    As we’ve launched in France only (for now!), our website is in French but the code is obviously documented in English and our team fluent.

    Professional equality

    Professional equality is at the heart of our concerns. We aim to achieve the same diversity in our workforce as in the general population. This approach has enabled us to obtain a score of 75 points out of 100 on the gender equality index in 2023.

    The index result reinforces our determination to make further progress in promoting gender diversity and equal pay for women and men within Pennylane.During 2022, we continued our Diversity & Inclusion policy:

    • Signature of the "Pacte Parité"

    • Raising awareness of diversity and inclusion among employees through conferences and trainings

    • Review job descriptions and update them with D&I wording in mind

    • Partnerships with Gloria, Ada Tech School and She Can Code

    In 2023, we want to continue our commitments:

    • Continue to work on the career paths for all teams and monitor market remuneration

    • Support all women returning from maternity leave and ensure their eligibility for the annual increase campaign

    • Continue our policy of equal pay for women and men for both internal promotion and recruitment
