OUR ONLINE RETURN POLICY
You may return any damaged, defective or incorrect item sold and fulfilled by Penny Lane Records within 30 days of delivery for a full item refund. We'll also pay the shipping and return shipping costs of USPS First Class Mail or Media Mail, whichever is less, if the return is a result of our error. Please be specific with your description of any defect (track, chapter, etc.). We'll request a refund once we receive and process your return. For items directed to our Returns Department, expect your refund within 2 days of our receiving the returned item, at which time we'll notify you via e-mail. Returns should be directed to:

PICK UP YOUR ORDER TO SAVE ON SHIPPING
With the exception of vinyl and many lower-priced CDs and DVDs, because we must maintain alphabetization (and prevent theft), many of our items are not browsable to walk-in customers. These items may still be purchased by referencing our online store, then coming in for purchase. Unlike orders that we ship, 7.75% sales tax must be added, and the 25% deduction for each additional item does not apply. In-store prices may vary slightly from online prices, but we always offer in-store multiple item discounts.
